We did an instore visit to the Berghaus store in Manchester in order to gain an insight into the instore environment. When entering the store the layout was fairly simple with the products placed in different categories i.e men, women ect.
There was lack of interactivity with the consumers in the store. We felt it needed more information about online sources that the brand offers so that when the consumer leaves the store they are able to then go online and further look in the brand/products.
